Not only does this describe REDD's commitment to producing a quality final product for the client, it describes the way our employees operate. Scope. Schedule. Budget. The three legs of a stable project. By applying solid principals to our project management approach REDD has developed a strong culture of successful projects.
When we begin a project we define the organization and then the scope, schedule and budget. Only two of these can be independant, the third must adjust to fit the other two.
