By adhering to a time tested principles REDD has developed a Project Management Approach that has been successful in for flung reaches as Siberia, Russia, Ghana & Kenya Africa as well as locally.
When we begin a project we define the team organization and then the scope, schedule and budget. Only two of these can be independant, the third must adjust to fit the other two.
