APPROACH TO QUALITY
REDD's approach to quality can be defined in four words: Quality At The Source
QUALITY IN THE APPROACH
Before a project is even begun, the project manager meets with an individual who has an independant view on quality. During this discussion, high level topics such as project team dynamics and past experiences are reviewed in order to assure the project quality from the start.
QUALITY IN THE WORK
Just as the automotive industry realized years ago, REDD regonizes that throughout a product supply chain there are multiple steps which affect overall quality. For this reason REDD management works closely with employees to ensure that when a drawing, calculation or work product is passed on to the next engineer or designer, the quality of the mid-stream product has been verified: Quality At The Source.
QUALITY IN THE PRODUCT
Though all work is checked 'at the source', a final QA is performed on each client deliverable to ensure that all disciplines have been properly coordinated and to check context of the deliverable.
QUALITY AS A COMPANY
As a small company in a relatively small market, REDD has had to 'eat what we cook' alongside our clients. A significant portion of our work is for repeat clients who continue to use our services because they demand dependable quality.
